What is direct primary care?
A retainer-based model that gives you convenient access to your personal physician. At 121MD, that includes unlimited office visits with no co-pay and an emphasis on preventive care.
Who is 121MD for?
We provide in-office primary care for adults and children ages six and older. Our team can help you understand the model and discuss physician availability.
How much does membership cost?
Contact the practice for current fees and the Medical Services Agreement. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual payment options are available.
