Understand what
your membership covers.
Are all medical services included?
No. Hospital care, imaging, outside lab work, prescription drugs, specialist services, obstetrics, health supplies, certain procedures, and other exclusions sit outside membership. The Medical Services Agreement provides the complete terms.
What ages do you care for?
121MD offers in-office primary care for adults and children ages six and older.
Is there a co-pay for office visits?
No. Unlimited office visits without a co-pay are part of the 121MD model.
Can I pay with pre-tax dollars?
The existing practice website notes that direct practice fees can be purchased with pre-tax dollars. Ask the team and your benefits or tax adviser to confirm what applies to your arrangement.
